Eva Anisko is an Emmy Award-winning producer whose work explores cultural, political and historical content by focusing on the human experience, spearheading documentaries, news and public affairs television series, and multi-platform programming, including PBS series: Blueprint America, Emmy Award-winning Exposé: America’s Investigative Reports and the sustainable design series, Design: e2, narrated by Brad Pitt. Eva produced Abigail Disney’s directorial debut, The Armor of Light, the Emmy-winning feature documentary, which follows an Evangelical minister and the mother of a teenage shooting victim who ask, is it possible to be both pro-gun and pro-life? Other films include: Buffalo Returns; Sky Burial; Emmy-nominated film In the Footsteps of Marco Polo; Beyond the Motor City and A Place in Time, an experiential feature documentary directed by Angelina Jolie that interweaves over 30 locations worldwide at the exact same moment. Eva received her bachelor of arts from Georgetown University and master of education from Harvard University.

Derek Goldman is the Chair of the Department of Performing Arts and Director of the Theater & Performance Studies Program at Georgetown University, and Founding Director of The Laboratory for Global Performance & Politics. He is an award-winning stage director, playwright, and producer, whose work has been seen around the country, off-Broadway, and internationally. Goldman is the author of more than 30 professionally produced plays and adaptations and has directed over 100 productions. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Theater Communications Group (TCG); Vice-President of UNESCO’s International Theater Institute, and Founding Director of the global Network of Higher Education in the Performing Arts. Derek Goldman is co-author and director of the play Remember This: The Lesson of Jan Karski.

Jeff Hutchens grew up across the U.S., China, South Africa, and the Philippines. After ten years on the road as an award-winning magazine photojournalist (Time / The New York Times Magazine / National Geographic) Jeff switched mediums and brought his innovative visual aesthetic to filmmaking. He has worked in over 60 countries, exploring social and cultural issues around the world with a long-form blend of intimate naturalism and surrealist noir. His cinematography credits include feature documentaries (“American Pain”, “The Armor of Light”) and numerous top ranked documentary series for Netflix (“Crime Scene: The Vanishing at the Cecil Hotel” / “Crime Scene: The Times Square Killer” ), Showtime (“Murder in the Bayou” / “Buried” / ”Dark Net” / “The Fourth Estate”), HBO (“Southern Rites”), and CNN (“This Is Life with Lisa Ling” / “Chasing Life with Sanjay Gupta”). He is based in New York City.

Andrzej Rojek is a Board Chairman of Jan Karski Educational Foundation and Fundacja Edukacyjna Jana Karskiego (Polska). He has been active in global finance since 1986. A U.S. citizen born in Poland, Mr. Rojek graduated with honors from the University of Warsaw in 1979 with a degree in economics. He received his master’s degree in economics from Columbia University in 1985. Andrzej Rojek serves presently as a trustee of the Kosciuszko Foundation in New York and President of the American Friends of POLIN Museum. He is involved in numerous charitable initiatives in Poland (Museum of History of Polish Jews) as well as in the U.S. (Polish Studies Chair at Columbia University). In 2012, Mr. Rojek was decorated by the President of the Republic of Poland, Bronisław Komorowski, with a Knight’s Cross of the Order for Merit of the Republic of Poland for his work with the Jan Karski U.S. Centennial Campaign.

David Strathairn is a widely acclaimed actor, known for his theater performances and his roles in films, among them Good Night and Good Luck and Lincoln. He starred in Chloe Zhao’s 2020 film Nomadland, which won the Golden Lion at the Venice Film Festival and the Academy Award for Best Picture. Some of Strathairn’s most prominent stage productions include The Theatre of War Productions, a community-specific theater-based project that addresses vital public health and social issues. In 2014, in collaboration with Derek Goldman and Clark Young, Strathairn first portrayed the title character in Remember This: The Lesson of Jan Karski, which premiered in commemoration of Karski’s 100th birthday.

Clark Young is a writer and teacher based in Brooklyn. He has been a part of each production of the play, Remember This: The Lesson of Jan Karski,from Warsaw and New York City to London and Washington, DC. A Georgetown University graduate, Clark was awarded the Terrance Davis Medal for Excellence in Theater and Performance Studies in 2009. He went on to gain his master’s degree at NYU Tisch School of the Arts, where he was also recognized for academic excellence. He has since taught theater at Georgetown and Bronx Lighthouse College Prep Academy. He has appeared in over twenty professional productions at venues such as Shakespeare Theater, Ford’s, and Arena Stage. Clark is currently workshopping his new play, .406 Below, about cryonics, baseball, family, and immortality.

Anna Sommer Schneider is Associate Professor of the Practice of Jewish Civilization and previously served as Associate Director for the Center for Jewish Civilization of Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University in Washington, DC. She has been teaching classes on Holocaust, Holocaust and Gender, Jewish Civilization and history of anti-Semitism. She received her Ph.D. from the Department of Jewish Studies at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków, Poland. She served as Assistant Professor at the same Department in the years 2007-2010. She is the author of She’erit Hapletah: Surviving Remnant. The Activities of the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee in Poland, 1945-1989, and co-author with Linda Levi of Rescue, Relief and Renewal: 100 Years of the Joint in Poland. She is also the author of numerous scholarly and critical articles on Holocaust memory, the history of the Jews in post-World War II Poland and history of anti-Semitism, published both in Polish and English. She has served as a Research Assistant at the Institute for the Study of Modern Israel at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia and has lectured frequently in Poland and America. She also served as an educator and guide at the State Museum of Auschwitz-Birkenau in Oświęcim in the years 1998-2018.
