This year’s TISH Jewish Food Festival theme, “Together,” explores the connections between Polish and Lithuanian Jewish culinary traditions across time and borders. Our guest scholars will discuss the roots of local cuisines and the ways these traditions have intertwined and influenced one another. Together, they will explore the shifting borders of Jewish culture and tradition and introduce us to the rich variety of Ashkenazi flavors.

TISH Jewish Food Festival is an annual event organized by the POLIN Museum, during which traditional and contemporary dishes become a starting point for stories about Jewish culture, history, and heritage.
